Advantages of PROBAN®
- Comfort is not modified by PROBAN® finish (air permeability, sweat
absorption).
- Nearly no action on mechanical strengths of finished fabrics.
- Fabrics can be stored many years without losing FR properties.
- PROBAN® finish does not modify electrostatic properties of untreated
fabric.
- Durability of Flame Retardancy to repeated washes and to dry cleaning
is extended to useful lifetime of made up articles, when wash recommendations
are respected.
- FR properties are fast to acid sour, procedure used more and more
in industrial laundries at the end of wash cycles for neutralisation
of highly alkaline detergent composition used.
- Cotton rich fabrics can be processed with success.
- Samples from licensees are systematically FR tested after multiple washes by PROBAN® Quality Control Department.
